I agree that this will obviously not happen if there is no actual IPO on Nasdaq. If you kept following my posts you'll see that I've revised my thoughts on this matter to match what you're saying.

Look at ATY's trading in the recent past for testimony of what I'm saying. Even though the TSE volume is much higher, it has been the Nasdaq trading that has pumped this one up. This is very clear if you have realtime market depth and Nas level II open during trading hours. This is true even though the Nasdaq volume pales in comparison to the TSE one.
