H2O,

<<However, if upon further review by it's attorney's it is determined that they need to disclose anything further about their position, they will surely do so as they are in DCHT for the long haul and are sensitive to the appearance factor.>>

You seem to be very familiar with RAM and perhaps you know first hand that they do not receive compensation, but once again it does not appear to be clearly stated in the disclaimer. I would hope that they do check with their attorney's, as this could be a serious violation.

Thank you for your time.

H20shinsky: Is there more we can find out about the relationship between DCHT, RAM, and Research Investment Group? I am pasting below the disclaimer at the end of the RIG write-up on DCHT. It appears that DCHT has hired RAM as a consultant, and RAM has hired RIG. Given that RAM works for DCHT and RIG works for RAM, the company's disclaimer that it has nothing to do with reports on the internet seems false, does it not? Both RAM and RIG put out "research reports" and both were paid directly by DCHT (RAM) or in DCHT stock from RAM (RIG).

You said "RAM was not paid by DCH Technology to write the report therefore it is under no obligation to disclose its position unless and until it reaches more than 5%." Yet, from the disclaimer on the RIG report below, it is clear that RAM is a paid consultant to DCHT, RAM paid for RIG to write a report that is essentially identical to the one it put out under its own name, and RAM reviewed the contents of the RIG report.

By any standard, DCHT paid RAM to promote the stock, through its own efforts and those of others, presumably including the well known spammers. There is nothing inherently illegal with that, assuming that the reports are not false or misleading, so why is the company denying it? Something doesn't smell right about this.

The RIG disclaimer:

"RESEARCH INVESTMENT GROUP has received a retainer fee of 50,000 free-trading common shares of DCHT from RAM Capital Management, an independent consultant to DCHT. RAM has paid for consulting services including, but not limited to this research report and its dissemination, project analysis, assistance in locating funding sources as well as evaluating and reporting on projects the Company may have acquired or seek to acquire in the future. Prior to RESEARCH INVESTMENT GROUP disseminating this information, RAM has reviewed the contents hereof. RESEARCH INVESTMENT GROUP, its officers, directors, partners, employees and consultants may profit in the event the shares of the Company increase in value. These positions may be liquidated from time to time even after RESEARCH INVESTMENT GROUP, its officers, directors, partners and employees consultants have made positive comments on the Company."
