Online brokerage stocks have made a lot of people a nice amount of money over the past week, however there are still diamonds in the rough out there for Online brokerages. Toronto Dominion Bank(TD)is the owner of Waterhouse Securities (the 2nd largest online brokerage in the US), and they are going to spin it off in an IPO sometime soon. As soon as word is confirmed, you will see TD hit the roof. Some analysts already are calling it a strong Buy, and have a 12 month price at $71/share. TD is a 13 billion dollar powerhouse, so the risk is minimal. Barron's has a write up in their most recent issue about this company, and what a great value it is. Take a look, and let me know if anybody has any feedback. Thanks.
