Colin<<< Colin, I'm not familiar w/ QBP, but from Quicken, goto the top menu and pull down "Online." Then go to Online Financial Services Setup from the menu. However, as someone mentioned, not all firms provide the download service. I use Schwab, Datek, and Wells Fargo. My FirstUSA card doesn't have that service yet. Hope this helps. Regards
