Well,

They came in our playground....

But, yes they may come out swinging, butttttt, there may also be those who come over here and do some reading...

And there may be some who starting doing a check alias on Mr. Sparky and Paul D (there are two of them listed BTW)...And then they might have a different picture...I could only find three co. listings with those references.....Two of them went bad..and now the third one is brand new...

Man, I have learned much over this past year and half on penny stock...Many times promotors come in (and there are a bunch that have no scruples), take a large issuance of shares, plus buy more to stimulate the market...then sell on the runs ups...Essentially saying thank you for buying their shares...And because they have already made a profit, they may still retain a rather large position..A lot of times MM's will walk something down..but there are also times when the promoter can also manipulate the stock....Heck, just a major dump if they get ticked off can be enough to make the masses sell...And they know it too..I am not implying at all this is what happened to any of the companies in question...The promoters who are good, are the ones who stay with the companies..They are the friendly ones..
