Ok, lets say the editor of the S&P article was talking $12 when he said "expectd to price at", fair? So what I said was that, based on what the editor is saying, there should therefore be $140x e6 /$12 =approx 11.5 million shares. This roughly confirms the Analyst center number of shares!! So I was exactly right about the estimated share price should be $59! To be fair, Mohan you would have had exactly the right price prediction too, if you had the number of shares right, ie. 10.5 million not 5 million as you said!
