I don't think I said that. I remember saying that Amazon could turn profitable in 2000.

You must recognize that the business model change was deliberate, not the result of
failure of the previous model. That's why the street doesn't share your concern.


This is interesting. If the prior business model was working, why change the model? Just a thought.

William, I played golf today with a very successful Cpa. Like you, he feels that the "thing" will someday figure out how to make a profit.
Was it planned? Hell, who knows?, but I did ask him about their market cap. Gosh, he got awful quite.
