Dougie, since you are not capable of answering the questions, I'll help you out:

To everyone interesting in BII and their CASH position:

BII, to date, has not closed their latest financing. They are awaiting final receipt from the TSE.

BII has, however, received $7,343,843 from the financing. The other monies are held in escrow until final receipt is received from the TSE. BII expects to receive this final receipt before the end of February.

>>Short position on BII has increased dramatically, this at a time when shorters are generally backing way off Internet issues...<<
>>Last time the short position got his large, BII dropped from $6.00 to $2.25. Do you think this will be the case again.<<

Well Doug, I agree that the last time we had a large short position out there on BII, things took a turn for the worse on the stock, but it's hard to say what will happen this time. I mean I have a short position myself, and I've made some money on it so far, but I am prepared for virtually any kind of scenario.
NOT THAT I WOULD MIND IF THE THING TANKED TO $3.00 or so, but this probably won't happen anytime soon so I won't hold my breath. I approach any short position I have realistically, and reevaluate daily whether its better to cover now or hold on for a while longer.

I've given up trying to predict where this stock is going to be a day or a week from now Doug, because its just too volatile for that kind of estimation. It remains to be seen what all the recent selling will lead up to in the immediate term, but I think once the market starts to rebound, (and it will rebound) most Inets will go along for the ride. This sector is far from dead IMHO. BII may be a different story though.
