Wendy, conversion from "technology driven" to "market driven" operations is always a good sign. I am not sure that the market segmentation indicated is the best one, but I am sure they know better than I do the nature of their end markets. As for the impact, it might moderate what could be a difficult time, even possibly serve as the spark to stop the decline in the big NAZ stocks, at least temporarily. Zeev
