I tried calling them on Friday and after spending ~75 minutes waiting and then talking to an uninformed customer rep., the decision was to document my issues and email them.

I'll do that tonight. It has to do with a few trades that were confirmed late. Initially, the positions went in my favor but not having received confirmation, I never got of those positions with profit and had to settle for loss later on. I never said anything because I did well in Jan. and the loss was small compared to my gains. Now that I see many having the same problem/issues, I think the best way to get them to clean up their act is to complain and make noise.

I hope you make up for your loss soon.
