I hear you garden man but not all stocks should be considered too risky just because the have had a reverse split.take Data Dimensions for instance, it was in '96 I believe, they had a reverse split that took their price from around $4.00, (may be off a little on my memory), up to approx. $16.00. from there it literally catapulted to $40.00 and it was one of my better plays.Your concern is probably due to the fact that a lot of "shell games" are played out by reverse splitting to the point that there are no more shares left on the float and the insiders have all the bucks! One point to ponder in ECIC's favor is that they are already a fully reporting company, which is rare for what was a penny stock a short while ago.(found that info. on a list of "credible penny stocks", distributed by the individual investors assoc.
