Just looking at the %change is a little tricky; most of the time the Frankfurt follows what happened the previous day on the NAS, but if you look at the USD equivalent you can watch it flow over to Instinet trading and on the the regular trading. There are times, for example, when DELL moves up on the NAS and the following day you'll see a % up on the Borse, but in USD it will actually be lower than what DELL closed at on the previous day. It will also give you a decent idea of what DELL is likely to open at.

Best Regards,
Jim
