With YHOO's market cap at $39.5 Billion, it would be hard to believe that either TWX ($37.1B) or DIS ($71.4B) would want to suffer the dilution that would come from a stock combination, and neither company has enough cash for a purchase transaction. A business alliance? Maybe. An outright acquisition? Very unlikely.

Do you have a source for this or did you just make it up yourself?
