C. McD, BANY float as of last guesstimate about 5.2mm. Bio's with relationships. BINGO you win the prize. Look more into it to see the big clue. BANY'S restrictions as a (darn I forget the term) big shareholder are subject to SEC guidelines for selling ANYI shares. ANYI float will be extremely small, I believe less than .5mm, will have to check it out. (Feel sorry for that short of 10k or so). NAH Instead of valuing 20x on earnings try valuations based on sales also. Look at the compatible valuations of proxys like COOL. No earnings there. Have suggested to J. Saf to list thread under Web and Info stocks on SI catagory list. Can make hot list from there and I don't think ANYI will be a 5 or under stock IMHO. I expect big volatility over 1 dollar pricing as MM's only have to reflect 500 shares bid or offered per manning rules. .01-.50 must reflect 5000 .51-1.00 must reflect 2500 Dave
