Excellent questions Sir, and don't think I didn't try to dig!!! The only thing left is to call porta john and see if they can provide this...BUT what concerns me is that the symbol is "unassigned" and the Braxton group is privately held, according to the provided links. Yes I did try to call but it was a saturday afternoon. There are many questions but I would not Invest in this stock with the above 2 mentioned conditions being known at this time.
