C.McD, Data from the corp fact sheet dated Sept 98. sitra.com Float approx. 5.2mm. It doesn't mean that there is that much out there as those shares held in certificate form should be deducted. I have some % of the float in certed form as of this time and a lot of other long time holders have certed shares also. This doesn't take into account those shares that may be held in street name by folks also that are pretty tight. Expect volatility in trading this one over a dollar. Its fairly thin. Dave
