Market mags 2.10.99 Notes Sell off at end of day came as quite a surprise to me. I still feel the market is near a short term bottom and a rebound over the next 2-3 days is likely. If SP500 fails to get back to "85" line by Friday close I will be exiting a minimum of 1/2 my longs. Market magnets 2.12.99 Notes: Dow: set of three trendlines regained control of the dow. A major move today, +35 is likely to be somewhat stiff resistance tomorrow. Nas: Looks like it wants to retest 2476 utrend. SP500: The most significant index magnet wise. Moving through the 85 line again today, the SP500 is set up for a major bull leg up. If this breakthrough fails, I feel we will pull back strongly. Once again, the trendline I refer to as the 85 line is the 1238 utrend. I am a bull unless this line gives up. If the 85 line does not hold I will start tracking the nasdaq more closely for a retest of 2055 strong mag.
