Mr. David Clark-Wilson reports
The company has begun its marketing development program for the Internet
affiliate program currently being established by Citron Inc. (OTC BB CTRN), a
New York and London based internet marketing company. NHP is the Canadian
master affiliate and is the first international company outside the U.S. and the U.K.
to be involved in the affiliate program.
Citron's affiliate program begins in February 1999 and the first companies will be
linked in within the next two months. NHP's objective is to sign up 50 companies
within the first three months and target traffic sites with up to 20,000 visitors per
month.
As far as forecasting the revenues and profits from the affiliate program, there are
differing margins and average transaction values for the different sectors, and an
independent detailed business evaluation is being undertaken. The initial figures
would appear to suggest a minimum of $400,000 of commission with an earnings
per share of 4 cents per share.
NHP has initial agreements with a number of companies wishing to be involved,
including high traffic sites and product sites.
The transaction is at arm's length.
