Zena,
Dont respond to this thread with any thing, other than the total belief that NAVR is going to be $100 after IPO announcement.
Dont for any reason ask about the convertable preferred offered march 1 of 1997.
Please dont ask if the last earnings report shows basic and diluted shares @15,914,000.

(excerpt taken from vcall conferance call 1/26/99)
[Ken Goldman: A couple questions. On the net ratings- I'm sorry, on Navarre, is it correct to assume that your fully diluted shares is around 24 million after the conversion of all warrants and the conversion of the preferred? That's what I come up with plus the options.

Charles Cheney: That's the approximate right number.]

And most of all make sure you you state that its only your opinion, do your own due diligence.
You know you could be reported to the web mistress

Well, when people stop buying CDs, Software and Games as well as DVDs at Best Buy and stop listening to the radio, I will worry. But not today.
