How did you get into PICK in the first place. OTC can be very treacherous ground. Interesting comment you made about PICK defaulting. IDCT has a 2 mil note with rights to convert to common shares at .24/share. Its really tough for small companies when they have to give away over 50% of the company at incredible rates for about half of what they asked for. My understanding was that PICK was originally looking for 20 million and got 9.9. We might do well to research the note holders, they could be the new management.
