Didnt one of the keiretsui make a large cash investment in Junglee/Planetall right before
Amazon bought them?

Both of these are true. Therefore, AMZN could buy EGGS with stock and get a lot more cash in the transaction. Sure sounds like another form of a secondary to me. The way dilution is going, I wonder how many shares of AMZN will be outstanding in the year 2009 assuming AMZN still exists.
