Glenn, do you recall how Amazon likes to aquire companies that have lots of free cash in their bank account? grin Didnt one of the keiretsui make a large cash investment in Junglee/Planetall right before Amazon bought them? KIS, Both of these are true. Therefore, AMZN could buy EGGS with stock and get a lot more cash in the transaction. Sure sounds like another form of a secondary to me. The way dilution is going, I wonder how many shares of AMZN will be outstanding in the year 2009 assuming AMZN still exists. Glenn PS They would do this:-)
