Dan, I feel I can respond to your last question about why the need for the disclaimer if they are not compensated by the company for the report. RAM's disclaimer is to protect RAM, and not anyone else. The wording of the disclaimer makes it obvious in my opinion that RAM is bullish DCHT and is trying to get the message out for its own benefit. Apparently they thought they should have a disclaimer, maybe they didn't need it,maybe they do. I have to claim ignorance on the legality thereof. Seems like it is better to have it, than not though, wouldn't you say?
