The shareholders, or potential shareholders, have every right to fully understand how a company conducts it's promotional affairs. If all companies were entitled to conduct their business "the way they see fit", there would be no need for the SEC. You say you are not here to clarify concerns, but you certainly have worked hard to clarify the position of RAM.
