ATLANTA, April 13 (Reuters) - The chief executive officer of Mesa Air Group Inc. said Tuesday he
supported the range of Wall Street analysts' net income forecasts of $0.03-$0.05 per share for the
company's second quarter ended March 31.

"I think it's fair to say we are very comfortable with that number," Jonathan Ornstein told analysts at a
Robinson-Humphrey institutional investor conference. He said that results for the quarter would be
announced on Tuesday, April 20.

The Phoenix-based regional airline earned $0.08 per share for the quarter that ended Dec. 31, its first
profitable quarter after eight consecutive periods of red ink, Ornstein said.

He forecast that revenues in the fiscal year that ends Sept. 30, 2000, would reach $460 million and that
they would be $650 million in fiscal 2001.

Afterward, he said that the revenue increases would be due to the airline's adding seating capacity.

In fiscal 1998, revenues were $423.5 million and analyst James Parker of Robinson-Humphrey
projected they will fall to $318.7 million in FY 1999.
