Read my post again, I said the Koreans were not even close to the Japanese for 128meg. I did not say they are incapable of manufacturing 128meg. They are lagging the Japanese for 128meg production. Ask your engineer contact how many units/month of the 128meg they are producing, while you are at it, ask what the die size is, capacity utilization, yields and wafer inputs are. If your source cannot supply such quantification, you should take into consideration that your "source" is not as resourceful as you think.
