Donkeyman,

I shorted BII at $7.25 and the price has fallen ever since. I am not saying this may necessarily be the case this week or next week or the week after that. I am carefully watching the stock now to see if I should cover my position in anticipation of a move back up. We'll have to wait and see what the next few days hold for us.

As for BII going to the NASDAQ, I am not worried about this happening before the spring as I don't think it we'll see it before April anyways IMO. NASDAQ IS NOT a sure thing at this point Donkeyman, and I have heard several overinflated predictions from some on this thread and especially the Stockhouse on when we can expect a listing announcement. It's all hype and garbage and there is nothing to substantiate rumours of a listing in the very immediate future.

BII has not found the stock support it needs on its own for Godin to justify an application at this point. I think the price should be in the $7.00 range for at least a month before BII management would feel comfortable filing otherwise they face a possible rejection and then the game will be over for sure.

There is no room for error on this point Donkeyman. It's an all or nothing proposition and the timing has to be just right for an app. Just remember that an app is just that. It's not a guarantee of acceptance by a long shot. It's best that we don't try and get too far ahead of ourselves.
