Dan, a comprehensive search of the SEC website has provided the needed guidance to answer the questions raised here last evening, sec.gov and sec.gov Based on the content of those two pages, it is now agreed that the disclaimers contained on the RAM research "promo piece" report while technically legal; require adjustment. Therefore as the public representative of RAM Capital Management the diclaimer is being updated this morning and will be reposted when available. Thank you to Sid and Dan for providing guidance on this issue and for their informative contributions to the discussion on this thread. Now, let's get back to the substance of the report.
