Pluvia and Auric...I wish I knew half as much as you desperate clowns think you know!!! First, the news you keep posting is old and getting very boring!!! I am long this stock for the record!! If this was as bad as you say it is..why would you need to post in such a desperate fashion?? Steve the $.70 conversion ratio on the convertible notes were at the approximate trading value of the stock when they were issued!! Why are you ROFL?? Even when the notes are converted it is not a significant dilution approximately 9%. If you look at egrp...their market cap is approx. $5,547,094,000 compared to the market cap of JBOH of $166,156,750. I would say that JBOH is extremely undervalued at this point!! I for one am very tired of hearing of the "CRIMS" you guys are real goof balls!!
