WALDO ,I believe is a paid tout just doing his job. I mean it only in in the nicest possible way if in fact it is true. If he is getting some form of compensation to set up his site there is nothing illegal or wrong with that. I always respect good marketing no matter what form it takes.

waldo is not paid to tout, he is paid to cut and paste from the web useless articles on the economy and other unrelated topics and to post them on different threads with a view of tricking people into believing he is smart.
