Mr Zurdo,
My only concern is that a new investor will possibly stumble on this thread and consider Navr a long term hold. They need to know the long and short of things.>>>>

YEAH...RIGHT, JEFFY! Are you the bandleader of all these SHORT Happy Helpers?! As you also know, all the valuations in the world also have no real effect on I-nut stocks and ipo hype....this ship is sailing, and only market conditions will really determine how far it will go....
When all is said and done--after the IPO is past and settled--NAVR might be worth serious scrutiny as a buy/hold. I find it astonishing that you convienently forget to mention things from the Vcall (you so like to quote) such as the abolishment of considerable debt.....This company might indeed deserve a second look!
How was I directed to close this rant?....Oh yeah, "Do your own DD"

GO AWAY!!

Scott

....and about the SEC 144 filing....it might appear that some management in the NAVR fold are also expecting a large run-up. They are truly evil for wanting to profit from all this!!

......and, oh...what are We all doing here........Doh!

(I think my rant is done....now I can sleep well.)

Like I said before, all longs and shorts are welcome to join this rollercoaster! It takes two to dance.

Face it! We all share a single agenda. Achieve capital appreciation through long or short strategies. (PERIOD!) Your concern for others is touching. But anyone who just stumbles into NAVR or any other stock for that matter deserves to lose their shirts or their shorts.

NAVR as long term investment? May be. It's worth considering after the dust settles. I like the recent marriages between portals/communities and e-commerce. Combination of Navarre's software, CD, and DVD distribution, NetRadio's streaming channels, and a major portal's eyeballs could prove very profitable. Immense reach, rich content, multimedia advertising, and instant e-commerce! Awesome!

Hype aside. Will I sell NAVR before NetRadio IPO? You bet cha! Will NAVR trade higher than the current level before then? I am banking on it. How high? Who knows?! The question is, "What are you banking on?"
