Jeff,

The benchwarmers appreciate comments from both sides of the thread, however, you could approach with a little less combative style. I've seen you raise the same issues over and over, but never really say why you believe the 144 and the share dilution are a problem. The 144 is a positive sign that the director wants to make some money in the near future on some run-up. The share dilution is in the past and I really doubt that the actual float is that large since this baby moves like crazy the moment any type of volume comes in. What is moving this stock is the potential for upcoming news.

I doubt that many people were able to short NAVR for the long hour it stayed in the mid-20's. How long ago was that anyway???
