SINCERE PUBLIC APOLOGY TO JAMES NICKEL It's quite possible I've wronged James Nickel's good name, a grievous error. Jim's post #95686 said "I have a long position in MTC ..." I took it to mean an employment position. It appears I was wrong, and Mr. Nickel meant he's a stockholder, with no other connections to MTC or that industry. In that case our disagreement over APM is just that, and I was absolutely wrong in saying "Your interest cannot be divorced from your livelihood." This is an undeserved slur, for which I'm truly sorry. I'm awaiting confirmation from him that he's not in the APM business but did not want those who read this tonite to not see my accusation corrected. I'll follow up with a further apology after I hear from him. Don Martini

I BROKE THE 9th COMANDMENT AGINST JAMES NICKEL -- APOLOGY! Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor My post 95879 says Jim is an employee of Monsanto, so he defends NutraSweet. He has taken due and righteous umbrage at this false statement, and has informed me definitively that he does not nor has he ever had a position of employment with MTC. When Jim said in an earlier post that he has a position in MTC he meant as a stockholder. Most of you would have understood that immediately. I was Dumb, right? I apologize, James, Sincerely!
