I agree on this point!

I sure would like to see more proof of what seems to me to
be some misleading statements from CSCO.

I have a price target of $45-48...achievable after COM$ management finally chooses to travel the only viable avenue left...SELL THE COMPANY. C$CC, BAY, A$ND, SHVA, etc saw the handwriting on the wall and sold out.

Will 3Com???? Will it take another 2-3 years of disappointment from shareholders before 3Com finally accepts that they can't do it on their own???
