BANY Longs, I need your help with this one: I guess I forgot to check Edgar Friday night, ANYI has a SECOND filing now on Edgar, a form 8-A12G (Registration Statement): edgar-online.com This link may not work because Edgar is acting real screwy right now. It worked the first time I checked, then it didn't work. I tried to download it, but there was an error, I can't get it to work (the response I get is "FetchRow Failed:". The first filing was an SB-2 (Registration for Small Business Issuers), but I'm not sure what an 8-A12G is. Could this be the filing to actually begin trading, or is it just some supporting documentation? O.K., I got it to come up on FreeEdgar (thanks Brad): freeedgar.com Just a simple registration form as far as I can tell, only 6K: FOR REGISTRATION OF CERTAIN CLASSES OF SECURITIES PURSUANT TO SECTION 12(b)OR 12(g) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934
