A couple of Warren Buffett quotes are appropriate for the general consensus (institutional consensus - not this thread) on the outlook on OSS stocks:
"You pay a very high price for a cheery consensus." and "We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy when others are fearful."

Buffett only invests for the long-term in companies with a high margin of safety. This sector is full of good companies with this margin of safety. At this point, I admit to being very greedy and am 100% invested in OSS plus one E&P.
