Jeff, Thanks for the site. My point to you is that the dilution has already taken place! Dilution is normally a negative for two reasons: 1) the impact on EPS, and 2) the selling pressure caused by the additional shares. Clearly, EPS are a non-issue in internutz investment land. It's all related to potential, and I'd say a 1,000% increase in internet sales constitutes potential. The selling pressure from the dilution occurred in Nov and Dec, when some 6M convertible shares and warrants were exercised. The warmers of this bench already felt the selling pressure caused by this activity. With the selling pressure behind us, the next rally could be explosive. Berney
