Does your supermarket tell you that companies spend extra for end-isle displays? Does B&N tell their customers that vendors pay extra for prominence?

Asked to list the specific benefits available to publishers, Mrs. Morouse declined, saying that the material is "confidential" for competitive reasons. James, Amazon still provides no information due to it giving away a competitive secret. What in heavens name can be secret about benefits to publishers that gives a competitive advantage? They do not believe the employees at the publishers do not share this information? The secret life of Amazon.com. I could write it and pay 10K to have it featured:-) Glenn
