Farmyard Followup - (cows, packrats, etc.....)

Previous post #reply-7710532 mentioned some apparent positioning in a thing called Integra Resources Ltd.

Info. conveyed seems to be accurate and here's a link to a website integra-resources.com

Co. principals are ex-Canrisers (disappeared into PoCo) who have experience. Purely a hunch but suspect the Integra situation won't be available for public consumption (ie. listed for trading) for a while yet (couple of years?). Purely opinion but still think the situation will be interesting to watch develop.

R&R.. re-appearance & repeat.. Integra Resources (currently non-reporting). First posted re: this situation back in February ( #reply-7710532 and #reply-7744815 ). Company is still non-reporting however the ASC Summary for arch 11 details another little private placement of some $0.60 shares for just over $138K. Personally think the situation may be worthwhile watching for purely based on the assembly of ex-Canrise individuals involved. Latest p.p. went to 7 individuals (2 Boltons, 1 Fisher, Rothberg, Anderson, Rawlinson and Perry) and 2 private companies (Lyle Holdings Ltd. and Flotan Corporation). Purely hunching although suspect Boltons are related to Integra's VP Exploration and ex-Canrise VP Exploration, Peter M.K. Bolton. Fisher name is possibly related to Integra's CFO (and ex-Canrise CFO) David M. Fisher. Flotan Corporation appears to be located in the same calgary office (#1500 - 300 St. SW) as Galleria Resources Inc., Telford Resources Ltd. and Dy-Drill Inc., a coring company. Keep rererepeating however still believe the name Integra resources Ltd. might be a name to watch for in the future............ disclaimer: do not hold shares and am not party to any of the privately placed shares to date. Another name for a list.
