Bruce et al,

I believe that ONXS, CATT and KFY will trade ABOVE their IPO prices primarily because the underwriter can be accused of fraud if it doesn't. Also, if this happened too many times then not many people would come around for their next offering. While it is true that if a company's stock price rises rapidly after IPO that maybe the company "lost" money due to wrongful pricing, however, if only a small portion of that company's stock is offered, the "loss" is minimal...especially when compared to the market value in the remainder of their stock.

My strategy is to participate in as many IPO's as I can through Schwab.
