Me a history buff --- not really, but I have followed the fortunes of Anglo quite closely and I have read many "conspiracy" books. As a small investor, I have always believed it was easiest and best to follow Anglo (if one could, that is) rather than attempt to outsmart them.

Because they are masters of camouflage and understatement, most people do not realize just how powerful and dominant they are in the mining world. And most other places, too. Even the US government, which has been hunting the DeBeers monopoly and the Oppenheimers for years, can't stop them. I can assure you if your Mr K did not have their blessing to do what he does he would be walking around without shoes and pants! And, if Bill M chooses to take them on he just might end up that way!

Keep well.
