Dear Mr. Logic: Yes, being a service based business, employees are KEY to success and growth. Personally, I wish they would head toward 1,000 as I think thats an important number. But, in this area JJ has been, IMHO, very careful to have an orderly hiring policy. Also, in the beginning, I believe he very likely was constrained by financial resources. While, at least in the past, this education/experience level was not the same as true high tech, nevertheless, I would think they are not growing on trees. JJ's reply is that because they now have 14 offices scattered about the country it is much easier to recruit on the local level. I hope that he is right. He admitted at the Red Chip CC that they fell behind in hiring 1st qtr but improved 2nd qtr. Because of this, I havent raised my estimate for the past qtr (12/31). However, I believe that I am conservative on additional income such as J/V's, higher priced data base hits and the like so you never know, I might be happily surprised. But if for some god forsaken reason they dont hit the 23 cents I will be really disappointed. JDN
