INDEX UPDATE ===================================== Subjectively - I recall that over the last few weeks a few sectors have hyped/upgraded. First it was the DRUGS, then the AIRLINES, and just last week the CYCLICALS, and today the SEMI Equipment makers. The DRUG and AIRLINE indexs(DRG,XAL) both rebounded but have formed LOWER HIGHs. The CYCLICAL index(CYC) appears that it should also create a LOWER HIGH, and may right now be on the verge of forming a short-term top. Is this an indication of PUMPING and DUMPING. HYPING/PROMOTING certain sectors but the sectors are unable to set NEW HIGHS. This is just a subjective position. seeya
