This is good. Officially confirms company is fully reporting. There are rumors of a second PR this week, along with a PR from BioModa. A good possibility that the financing deal has been made. Another rumor says that financing did come thru with BioModa. Not fact from me, but just relaying what I've heard.

Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. has recently been notified by BioModa Inc.(which it holds 22.8 percent and has an option to increase the position to 26.4 percent) that BioModa is entertaining offers for significant financing. So, ADOT dumps shares and gets the financing that Biomoda desperately needs and still no billboard. WOW.... I agree, this is HUGE.....

TODAY"S NEWS RELEASE............................... Today's news release is definitely not the reason for the volume over the last 10 trading days. Just because a company can file with the SEC (which everyone already knew based on old news back in July) when they first filed Form SB-10......This latest activity is due to something else that is about to unfold. The CATS that are dumping money into BIOMODA see something and buying ADOT on the open market is a way for their family and friends to get a piece of the action. Today's news was to get rid of the day trader.
