Peter, thanks for the nice analysis. I have just one additional comment and a minor correction. The key is the closing bid price. So the heavy duty shorting will in all likelihood occur late in the session. The correction is that it is the lowest 4 closing bid prices over the last 22 trading days. In looking over the last 22 days closing prices (I don't have the bids) the lowest are 1 5/8, 1 3/4, 1 3/4, and 1 7/8. So the aim of the Series "C" shareholders should be to get closing bid prices below these levels this week. John de C
