All: The Q's announcements today would seem to indicate that participation in handsets and infrastructure for development of leading edge products has a payoff, no? Maybe these could be developed just as efficiently and effectively if the Q had no handset and infrastructure capability - but seems like today shows advantages of being in both. Chaz

Jon: RE: emergency power supply to PCS towers

We have both Sprint and Primeco towers on our site, served via private distribution system. Emergency power from central plant is not supplied to the towers and there are no local generators or battery systems at the tower sites.
