I thought that one of your money making techniques was to buy on inside info before the news, and then sell into strength at the open

Henry:

That's a very serious accusation. I'd suggest that you take it to the SEC, and that you expand and give examples here.

Let me save you the time....... biotech is an international business, and ARIA has a partner that is outside of the U.S. If you check news sources other than PRN and BW, you will find the ARIA news that enabled the trade. Further, I can produce a number of friends who are aware, via email exchange, that I saw the AFP release dated Thursday December 31, 1:38 PM (EST). It was nothing more than (1) being on top of news, and (2) smart trading.

I not only do not trade on inside information, I have never been privy to any. I am lily white, Henry, clean through and through.

The fact of this matter is that you *assume*, in your ignorance, that if you can't find the relevant news, that it doesn't exist. For three years now, you have proven yourself to be one of the net's worst investors. For three years, you have flogged an issue that has gone nowhere, and that has not yet topped the $17 at which I sold. I have not rubbed your nose in it, but you continue to return to revisit the issue..... I've been correct, and you've been wrong...... please learn to live with it, and please leave me alone (after apologizing for your groundless accusation).

I do not go into the LGND thread to criticize the business plan. The only times that I've posted there were when others have cited me.

With respect to r. Peter..... I was on top of that issue, with Darci Kane and John Metcalf, long before you ever caught on. I do not consider your effort to expose his or her true identity to be in anyone's best interest, or to even be particularly ethical. Again, I have never met the individual.

Of course I stay in contact with Jeff Frelinger on occasion..... I did a postdoc with him, and I consider him to be a close friend.

With respect to my request that you stay on topic within the thread...... this thread is devoted to stocks with low price:book. I only ask for you to show common courtesy and to stay on topic.

With respect to "Boris"..... again, wrong tree-barking.

Rick
