Basically he said that he expects the market to go down further from here, the NASDAQ more than the DOW because of the larger gains in the former. Still expects the averages to break their highs later in the year. Continue to dollar cost average unless the SP goes under 1120. Then it's an outright buy. Expects strong movement in semi-conducter capital equipment in late 99 and into 2000 and 2001.

Gave a rather lengthy and instructive talk on Ginnie Maes.
