Dear R.C. D'Arcy: You stated "What is important to me about Amazon is the fact that are growing book sales. The bookselling business is not a growth industry, which means Amazon's sales success must come at some else's detriment." Yes, you're right! But it's not Borders. It's every department store, newsstand, drug store, mom & pop community bookstore, card shop, and mail order houses that tout books and compact discs. Everytime I go to Borders its crowded.
