I take this to mean that one should argue with the market
when the stock is a "value play"? Still, an investor is
somewhat at the mercy of the psychological whims of
the market, but better to be at the bottom range of the
valuation in that case. otoh, we've seen the market so
fickle, that it's possible it doesn't have any clue to
what's the bottom.
