Hi Rande, this is what I found on the PLCOW from the company's S-3 Filing dated Sept. 25, 1998:

(2) Each warrant grants the warrantholder the right to purchase one share of Series E Stock at an exercise price of $5.00 per share until December 29, 2001.

What is your take on this?

If 1 share of PLCOP equals 6 shares of PLCO and 1 share of PLCOW gives you the right to purchase 1 share of PLCOP by December 31, 2001 at $5 per share, then the warrants (PLCOW) would be one heck of a bargain based on what you said the conservative value of PLCOP ($10 per share).

If I did my math right, if PLCOP goes to $10, the warrants (PLCOW) should go to almost $5. That would be at least a 15-bagger at the current ask of .30.

Any comments on this? PLCOW is up almost 1,000 percent in the last couple of weeks! Maybe it is a real bargain.
